- Manufacturing defects can be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the unboxing.
- Defective pieces will be replaced or credited after inspection.
- Minor shade variation between lots and a small size tolerance are normal in bulk manufacturing and are not considered defects.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
